Hawaiian Luxury Condos Attract Attention

On the island of Oahu in Hawaii, you’ll find a small piece of luxury condo paradise being built – ONE Ala Moana – already hugely in demand. The 23-story residential tower has attracted a large amount of attention with people lining up outside the sales office the day these Hawaiian luxury condos went on sale. According to Real Select USA realtor Richard Williams, this kind of development hasn’t been seen in the area for a while; “I think a lot of it is the fact that there hasn’t been a new high-end high rise development like this in years, there’s a growing demand now that the market has rebounded. You can see there’s a lot of people interested.”
The Kobayashi Group are behind the development of the project, and they were a little surprised by the unexpected turnout of prospective buyers. Buyers were able to reserve their units last week and they started signing contracts last week Saturday the 8th December 2012. Sales were only supposed to commence today – Monday the 10th of December – but with such an incredible turnout of potential residents, the sale date was moved forward.
The development will consist of 206 units ranging in price from $500,000 to $10 million, with exquisite finishes, superb amenities and views that will captivate and transform the lives of residents.
